Your privacy rights

Last updated: April 2026

Depending on where you live, you have legal rights over the personal data a service holds about you. Pixlland honors the rights below regardless of jurisdiction — if you ask, we answer.

Your rights

  • Access — get a copy of the data tied to your account.
  • Correction — fix anything inaccurate (name, email, display image).
  • Deletion — remove your account and the data attached to it.
  • Portability — download your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).
  • Objection & restriction — tell us to stop using your data for specific purposes (e.g. ads).
  • Withdraw consent — change your cookie choices any time from the footer Cookies link.

How to exercise a right

Three ways, pick whichever is easier:

  1. Self-service (fastest): visit your-privacy-rights/request while signed in — two buttons for export and delete. Both work instantly.
  2. From the contact form at /c/contact pick the topic "Account" and describe what you need.
  3. Email privacy@pixlland.com directly. Include the email address tied to your Pixlland account so we can verify it's you.

We reply within 30 days. If we need more time because the request is complex, we'll tell you inside those first 30 days and explain why. Our answer is always free.

Verifying your identity

To protect your account, we match the incoming request to the email on file. For unusual requests we may ask for one extra signal (e.g. a recent login timestamp). We never ask for passwords or government IDs.

Appeal or complaint

If you're unhappy with our response, you can escalate to the privacy authority in your country — for example, the ANPD in Brazil, the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK, or the California Privacy Protection Agency in the US.

Children

Parents of players under 16 can ask for deletion of their child's data regardless of who created the account. See Information for parents.
