What gets included in the export
- Your profile (name, email, avatar, role, created date).
- Linked sign-in accounts (Google, Apple, Passkey) — provider IDs only, never tokens.
- Active sessions.
- Favorites + recently played + game ratings.
- Avatar config (style, seed).
- Contact messages you submitted via /c/contact.
What deletion removes
Hard delete. Cascades through every table tied to your account — profile, accounts, sessions, favorites, recents, ratings, avatar config, contact messages. Server-side backups roll over within 30 days.
Some data may persist beyond 30 days when we're legally required to keep it (financial records, fraud investigations, audit logs). We disclose that in the privacy statement.
Timing
- Export: instantaneous (JSON download).
- Account deletion: takes effect immediately, fully purged from backups within 30 days.
