Pixlland

Information for parents

Last updated: April 2026

Pixlland is an open web platform for casual games. This page explains how we treat younger players and what controls you have as a parent or legal guardian.

Minimum age

The main site at pixlland.com is open to everyone from age 16. Players under 16 should use our dedicated space at kids.pixlland.com, which is designed for the under-13 COPPA audience and uses a stricter curation + no behavioral ads.

Two dedicated documents cover the Kids side in full detail:

What we do on Pixlland Kids

  • No behavioral ads. Ads on Kids are contextual only — they match the page topic, not a profile of the child.
  • Curated catalog. Every game on Kids is reviewed for age-appropriate content, gameplay length, and third-party links.
  • No chat, no UGC. Games with open chat, usernames sent to other players, or user-generated rooms are blocked from Kids.
  • No sign-in required. Favorites and recents are stored only in the browser; Kids never collects an email.

Parental controls

Most tablets and desktops already provide parental tools that work well with Pixlland:

  • Screen time limits (iOS Screen Time, Google Family Link, macOS / Windows Parental Controls) — work per domain.
  • Domain allow-list — if you already use one, add kids.pixlland.com and block anything outside it.
  • DNS filtering (Cloudflare for Families 1.1.1.3, NextDNS) — blocks adult content + malware across every browser on your network.

Requests about your child's account

If your child created a Pixlland account and you want to review or delete their data, email privacy@pixlland.com from the address tied to the account and we'll help. We do not ask for government ID to process this kind of request.

Questions

We're happy to answer specific questions at privacy@pixlland.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
