Pixlland

Our website rules

Last updated: April 2026

These are the terms of use for pixlland.com. By visiting or playing, you agree to them. We keep them short so you actually read them.

1. What Pixlland offers

A free, ad-supported catalog of browser games. You don't need an account to play — sign in is optional and unlocks cloud-synced favorites and progress.

2. What you agree to

  • Not to abuse the service — automation, scraping the catalog at scale, or cheating in multiplayer games. Play like a human.
  • Not to try to break the platform — no denial-of-service, no attempting to access other people's accounts, no injecting scripts into games.
  • Not to use Pixlland to host or distribute illegal content. If you notice anything that shouldn't be here, tell us.
  • To respect the other rules of the game developers whose games we host — credits, licensing, fair play.

3. What we agree to

  • Be transparent about what data we collect. See our Privacy statement.
  • Keep the site up. When we're down, we post an update to status.pixlland.com as soon as we know about it.
  • Answer reasonable support requests within two business days.
  • Ship improvements regularly. We don't sit on bug reports.

4. Content we host

Games on Pixlland are provided by their original developers under license. Pixlland does not claim ownership of third-party games. If you're a developer and notice your game listed without permission, email legal@pixlland.com with a link and we'll remove it within two business days.

5. Copyright & DMCA

We respect copyright. To submit a DMCA takedown, email legal@pixlland.com with: (1) the URL of the content, (2) the work you own that's infringed, (3) your contact info, and (4) a statement signed under penalty of perjury. We answer within 48 hours.

6. Accounts & suspension

We may suspend accounts we believe are being used to abuse the service, to break the law, or to harass other players or developers. If your account is suspended and you think it's a mistake, email hello@pixlland.com.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the service "as is" and work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will never go down or be bug-free. To the extent allowed by law, Pixlland is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If you don't agree with that, please stop using the site.

8. Changes

We update these rules when the product changes. Material changes are announced on the privacy center with a banner for 30 days. The "last updated" date on top of this page tracks the latest revision.

9. Governing law

These rules are governed by Brazilian law, with venue in São Paulo, Brazil. For EU consumer protection disputes, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Contact

General: /c/contact. Legal: legal@pixlland.com.
